Refund Policy

Credits are sold in one-time packs. Nothing renews and there is no subscription to cancel.

When you can get a refund

An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no full report has been run against it. Contact us with your order number and we will refund the pack in full.

Partly used packs

Once a credit has been spent, the search has been performed and paid for on our side, so spent credits are not refundable. Any remaining unused credits from a pack bought in the last 14 days can be refunded pro rata.

Reports that found nothing

A report that returns no linked accounts still consumed a real search across our data sources, so it is not automatically refundable. If you believe a report failed for a technical reason, contact us with the report link and we will review it and restore the credit where we got it wrong.

How to request one

Reply to your order email, or contact us quoting the order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within five business days.
