What you pay for, what you get, and when a pack can be refunded.

Is the email check free?

Yes. The free check shows whether the address can receive mail, who runs the mailbox, and risk flags like disposable or shared inboxes, with no card and no account. You only buy credits for a full report.

Is this a subscription?

No. Credits are sold in one-time packs. Nothing renews and there is no subscription to cancel.

What does one credit buy?

One credit runs one full email report: the accounts registered with the address, the names and photos they show, and every source checked. Standard includes 3 credits for $3.95; Premium includes 7 for $6.95.

Can I buy a different number of credits?

Yes. The Custom pack lets you choose anywhere from 3 to 50 credits: $3.95 for the first 3, then $0.75 for each extra credit. The price updates as you choose, and checkout works the same way.

How do I receive and use my credits?

Checkout is guest-only. Your credit code appears on screen as soon as payment completes and is emailed to you. Enter it in the lookup form, or open the link in the email to apply it.

Can I get a refund?

An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits from a partly used pack bought in the last 14 days are refunded pro rata. Spent credits are not refundable, because the search has already run.

Where are my reports kept?

Only in your own browser. We do not keep the addresses you check or the reports on our servers; full reports stay on your device for 30 days, so you can reopen them without spending another credit.
